T-thanks Nintendo...

So ever since I graduated I began to love games again... and it was the 3DS that got me back to playing games...

Nintendo does a good job of catering to my nostalgia by upgrading the old games that I loved and remaking them. I just needed to give them a quick thanks for making this little portable treasure...

Games that I have been playing include:

Fire Emblem: Awakening

Shantae: Risky's Revenge

Professor Layton vs Ace Attorney

Bravely Default: Flying Fairy

Super Smash 3DS for 3DS

and Pokemon X

Fire Emblem was okay, but pretty subpar on story and characters, but its an ace in its respected genre in terms of game-play. As an armor design fanatic it gave me good eye-candy. 6/10

Professor Layton vs Ace Attorney was good as a cross-over game. Being a big fan of the Ace Attorney series it helped tell a fun story with the game mechanics. I haven't played a lot of Layton but the puzzles were pretty easy this time around. Nonetheless the two games together held up pretty well as one game. Also, it has my favorite prosecutor in it. 8/10

BARNHAM! BARNHAM! BARNHAM!
I can't wait for The Great Ace Attorney...

Shantae is a fun, short, lax game. But near the middle of it the game started to fall stale with a cliffhanger ending. The ending was surprising but for me it felt out of place and forced. Then again I can't wait for the sequels which was probably the whole idea. 7/10

Right now I'm playing BD:FF and loving its godly music; everything in this game so far is really good! I'm playing hard mode and its fun to use the game's job system to figure out how to trail the dungeons! and the characters are lovable too! It just gives that old RPG feels with something new and refreshing after years of remodeling the Final Fantasy franchise.

and in Pokemon X I'm currently trying to get this shiny piece of shit:
C'monnnnn Destiny Knot

I have been watching competitive Pokemon recently and getting hyped for Pokemon ORAS!
I'm trying to make new Pokemon to destroy little kids online :<

Yes I stole my little sister's 3DS to multitask :F
Here's to the future!
I'm looking forward to a lot of games next year!
